Well the weather has been sooooo nice here and I have been picnicking in the yard amongst the flowers, planting new perennial beds. and playing sticks with my little dude, all this must be done before it gets too hot to go outside I am sure you understand.  On another note I was a bridesmaid in one of my oldest friends wedding a few weeks ago and as usual I could not go without my camera (pics above), I also met a great photographer and took a few shots of her shooting the wedding, Mellissa Peppin and crew did an awesome job photographing my friends wedding and even caught me being the crazy, which is pretty normal for me.

It is hands down one of the best parts of my job to watch all the kids grow up from wee babyhood to toddlers and beyond. It always amazes me how their personalities come out so early. We headed out to a few of my favorite spots, including a few fields, to get different looks with many shades of field grass. She was up for my crazy shenanigans and rolled around in the grass. It payed off!

I have been enjoying a glorious week with Will back in school. So much so that I have been able to reflect happily on the three weeks we had of Spring break. Over the break I introduced the little dude to the idea of paint; and, to my happiness, he thought it was the coolest thing since sliced bread, which makes me shine inside because I love to paint. I have always loved drawing and being crafty and still spend most of my down time with glue, scissors, and paint under my nails. We have started mailing his creations out also because in the midst of enjoying our LOOOOONG spring break I would do anything to keep him entertained, so adventures in mail commenced.
